Warthog
The Warthog (Phacochoerus aethiopicus) with its pig-like occurrence, the grey body, the wart-like lumps and the upward pointing tusks is a very distinctive animal living in all parts of Namibia except the Namib desert.
Onduasu Jagd offers excellent hunting opportunities on Farm Onduasu in the heart of Namibia. Onduasu is the ideal place to experience an exciting and successful hunting safari in the heart of Namibia. The farm covers an area of about 5.000 hectares and consists of grass savannas and African mountain landscapes, guaranteeing a diversified hunting experience.
We offer the following animals for trophy hunting: Warthog, Kudu, Oryx, Hartebeest, Steenbok, Eland, Duiker, Jackal, Caracal, Baboon. Leopard and cheetah may only be hunted with an additional special hunting permit.
Furthermore, it can be arranged and organised to hunt other game on other farms within Namibia. Springbok, Blesbok, Waterbuck, Wildebeest and Zebra can be hunted on a farm close to Onduasu. This offers the opportunity to discover more of the amazing diversity of this country. Please indicate with your reservations which trophies interest you the most.

The greater kudu (Tragelaphus strepsiceros) is a large antelope found in most parts of Namibia except for the western parts of the dry Namib desert.
The Oryx or Gemsbock (Oryx gazella) is a heavily built antelope with a short, thick neck. The Oryx is occurring all over Namibia and is adapted to the arid climate of the Namibia's deserts.
Onduasu has a large population of Red Hartebeest (Alcelaphus buselaphus). This golden-brown and very fast antelope has a long face and an unusual horn shape.
The steenbok (Raphicerus campestris) is a common small antelope of Southern Africa. The Steenbok prefers open bush and grasland savannah and are not often found in rocky terrain.
The Eland (Taurotragus oryx) is the largest living antelope. Bulls can weigh up to 900 kg, width a maximum shoulder height of 1.7 meters. The Eland occurs in the eastern parts of Namibia.
The duiker or grey duiker (Sylvicapra grimmia) is a small antelope found throughout southern Africa. The color varies from light brown to dark brown or gray-brown. They have a dark brown stripe from nose to forehead. The female grey duikers are slightly stronger built than the males and have no horns.
The majestic Leopard (Panthera Pardus) is extremely widely distributed in Southern Africa however rarely seen. These nocturnal animals are very shy but can be dangerous to humans as well.
